Surprisingly Sunny Saturday: Grabbed brunch with my friend Jimin at Tasty N’ Sons then walked around Mississippi to check out all the new stores. We saw some weird shit at Paxton Gate, I got a new plant from Pistils, then I came home and made two necklaces to start off my next collection!
Surprised my mom for her 62nd birthday down in L.A.: Baked and decorated cupcakes in record time, blew bubbles in the front yard, fancy lunch, exposed my boyfriend to an Asian grocery store then stuffed ourselves with KBBQ for dinner. YUM!
Took the day off of work to go: hike hopping, get a new plant from Portland Nursery, pick up a free dot from Saint Cupcake, shop at Noun, then eat dinner with friends at Clyde Common. What a wonderful day.

BEST New Years celebration EVER: Cozy night in with my man and his parents, cooked root beer braised short ribs for the first time which turned out better than I thought, roasted s’mores and played scrabble, then ran a midnight 5k through downtown Portland.
